Since 2008, JA! Coaching, Training & Consultancy has been active and expanding in Suriname. Founded by Jolanda van den Broek and Arnie Lo-Ning-Hing, the team guides and advises organizations through their transitions. “JA!” not only reflects their names but symbolizes our dedication to applying expertise for client success.

Arnie Lo-Ning-Hing
With a background in business administration and extensive experience in HR project management, Arnie excels at translating strategy into actionable plans. He has successfully completed numerous projects in Suriname, the Netherlands, and Curaçao, supporting organizations in change and growth.
Jolanda van den Broek
Co-founder Jolanda played a key role in establishing JA! Consultancy. With a strong background as a trainer, coach, and HRM professional, she guided organizations through transformation by aligning structural changes with human development. Though no longer with the firm, her influence remains a cornerstone of its identity.
